History

The Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association was formed on 25 November 2006. Firstly Founder General Secretary Aminul Islam Liton of Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association started a training Camp at Dhaka Paltan Maidan Ground with some under 15 boys.
After few days a Japanese person Mr.Hiroki Watanabe, took the Responsible as a trainer Coach, who lives in Bangladesh and Releted with an NGO organization. 
The competition was started after the training program of 2007 and 2008, and 2009 The Country's first National Baseball tournament was held.
BBSA selects 24 members by executive committee, Then BBSA Activities started by creating an organization constitution with executive committee. 
In 2009 , Bangladesh government NSC gave us recognized as the national organization of Bangladesh Baseball-Softball Association.
After Affiliated From NSC, they allocated for the office at the Mawlana Vhashani National Hockey Stadium Room no 239, we are conducted all BBSA activities In this office.
We are also conducted in the owned-state at Dhaka Paltan Maidan ground For the local activities of the game. [...]
